If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at email@example.com for an exchange or refund within 14 days of receipt (excluding sale items, which are yours for keeps!).
All shipping and handling charges are the responsibility of the customer, including the initial order shipping costs. Items must be returned in new, unworn condition and be accompanied by the original receipt or invoice.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow several business days for this process.
